"The tiny house was clean and in a perfect location for all water activities as well as golfing. Checking in and out was a breeze. Everyone that we came across in neighborhood and dandridge in general were really nice and awesome. No doubt would book again. "

The host emailed after arrival to check that everything was fine. The house has a beautiful view and is a truly wonderful place to stay. We will book with them again."

"Overall, this is a charming lakefront home that leans into the fishing cabin vibe with décor and kayaks. The cigar lounge was a great spot that guests would enjoy. I would have liked to give this home a higher rating, but it lacked the attention to detail needed to make it a highly rated vacation rental. Here are a few reasons why I couldn't give this vacation rental a higher rating: - Cleanliness of ground level - Smell of cooked fish, crumbs under the dining table, apparent spilled drink on side table and floor. I purchased cleaning supplies and took care of these issues. Overall the home was clean, but not what I would expect at a vacation rental. The property management company texted me on the first day to ask about the cleanliness and I made them aware of these issues. -No kitchen essentials like salt and pepper, coffee and tea, sweeteners, etc. There were plenty of dishes, cups and utensils. - Beds were firm (which I understand is a preference), but difficult for me to sleep on. The linens weren't soft. - The lake was dry with docks sitting on land. There's an advisory for no boating, fishing and swimming. This would be a disappointment for guests who booked this home to enjoy the lake. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. I booked this vacation rental for 9 days and left after 6 mostly due to my lack of sleep. I own a vacation rental and believe attention to detail and guest experience are key. A little TLC would elevate this home. "
