Revelstoke Guys Ski Trip
Fantastic property. Lots of space for the 10 adult guys we had for a week of skiing. A bit of a hiccup with the hot tub being a bit dirty because of previous group that departed the day we arrived, but the owners had the water changed that day and it was back and ready to use the next morning. The kitchen was short on pots and pans but the owners shopped that day and added some replacements along with an unexpected case of beer. Thanks for that! BBQ needed a new grill and burner but we managed with other items we found. Owner says property will undergo several upgrades this summer to make it even more awesome. The walk to the lifts was a little longer than we would have liked but manageable. Would stay here again.

Great Place for Ski Trip
This was our first trip and group trip to Revelstoke for skiing/snowboarding. Everything with the property was great, quick location to get to the ski resort. With the kids the walk was too far up hill in the morning for them, so a 2 min drive. Would for sure come back and stay here. The boot/gear drying area was great. Overall great place.

Perfect place for larger groups
We stayed here over New Years 2022/2023 with three families and two grandparents, it was such a lovely spot. The hot tub appealed to all ages, and the grandparents sat in front of the fireplace a lot! The kitchen had all the necessary tools, we even did a turkey dinner there, and cooked all of our meals during our stay. The rooms are large upstairs - and the bunk room was great for the kids! Would for sure come back!

Family get together
We had a relaxed and enjoyable stay in this large and lovely house. We enjoyed the privacy of the location and many activities near by. Dispute the the one small bathroom upstairs we were able to make the house work for our needs with our group of 9 adults. Thanks for making the house a cozy place to relax and cook after fun outdoors activities

Well equipped secluded lodge
A great lodge within walking distance of RMR. Lots of space for our family of 9. Well equipped kitchen, great sauna and hot tub. Comfy beds. The town is a short drive away and is lovely. Hosts were responsive to our questions and issues.

Not what I expected - in a good way
Was shocked when we rolled up as the outside of the house didn't match the photos. Really thought it was going to be too fancy for us but it work out to exactly the right fit. The house exterior is in need of a face lift but the interior is beyond amazing

Home in the Forest
We loved the peaceful location and the large beautiful yard surrounded by huge trees; very quiet. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. It was clean and tidy when we arrived. It was perfect for our family get together with lots of seating, both at the two tables and in the living area. Lots of parking on the massive driveway made it easy to come and go. The house is within easy walking distance to Revelstoke Mountain Resort, especially in the summer. It's also a very short drive into town for shopping or other activities. The hosts were easy to reach and even contacted us for an early check-in during an afternoon thunderstorm. Thanks so much!

Revy bike trip success!
Truely bike in and bike out location! Appreciated the in house spot to store the bikes safely. Beautifully treed lot. Main floor was great for all 11 of us! The hosts we great! The upstairs was hot- but we stayed during a very unusual heat wave. We would definitely return!

Thank you for this awesome review Chelsea! As soon as biking opened up at RMR, we knew Kokanee Lodge would be the perfect home base for a group bike trip. After the record breaking heat wave this year, we’ve decided to upgrade the entire house with AC in time for next summer. Thanks again & see you next time!

Nice home with all the bells & whistles.
Excellent supplies on hand. Beautiful place with private sauna and hottub. "Steps from the gondola" is a bit of a stretch but there are no places besides the hotel that qualify. We would definitely book it again.

Great Stay
Great property. Nice and close to Revelstoke Mountain and all of the great skiing. Place had everything we needed for a large group of guys enjoying a ski weekend. Hot tub was awesome and got plenty of use. Plenty of beds for everyone. Kitchen was open and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Once again my group and I were nothing but impressed by our overall stay at the Kokanee Lodge. As advertised everything we expected going into the holiday. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation right next to the hill.

Cosy comfort near the ski hill
We really enjoyed our stay, house was warm, well equipped and my husband rated the mattresses at this spot the most comfy of our entire trip - we stayed in eight different spots! The only detractor was that the house is not ‘steps from the gondola’ it’s a drive and that did complicate logistics. There are some maintenance issues that were minor, stuck lock and upstairs shower door does not close but now I’m just splitting hairs. It’s a very comfortable house in a super quiet location just not easily walkable to the gondola.

Cozy beautiful home!
My family and I stayed here for a weekend together and had a fantastic time. It was such a treat for us all to be able to hang out together after a day of activities (instead of in a hotel). We loved the mountain views from the hot tube and forest surroundings. Definitely recommend staying here and will be back :)

Nice home with lots of space. Close to ski resort.
This is a pleasant place to stay. It is a quiet neighborhood but very close to the ski resort. It is a bit of a drive to town, 10 minutes. We loved hiking up some of the mountains, the Heikes at the ski resort were not great. The owners need to attend to some small maintenance issues nothing that was A problem as a visitor. The kitchen is very large and well set up plus there is a barbecue with lots of extra propane. The hot tub was nice. There are mosquitoes so be sure to use the off coil when outside.

Beautiful home nestled in the trees
We rented this for a family getaway and the property exceeded our expectations. There were 9 of us and we all fit comfortably around the dining table for eating and games. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and I especially appreciated the espresso machine. The location was walking distance to hikes and activities at the mountain resort.

Perfect Ski Getaway
Great location! Excellent amenities, plenty of space for a large group. We had 2 families and found the house to be a perfect size. The open kitchen allowed us to socialize even while cooking meals and the living room was comfortable and warm. We enjoyed the hot-tub after long days on the hill (life saver for aching legs!). The location is great if you are visiting the Resort - walkable - or a 1 minute drive (with gear) to the gondola. A bit outside of town, but only a 10 minute drive to grocery, shops, drug store and great restaurants (had awesome meals at Village Idiot and Chubby Funsters!). Owners were very resposive - quick to answer questions and offered up some excellent advice on places to enjoy our ski days. Already scheming on how to get back next year!

Fabulous house for large groups!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kokanee Lodge. Two families travelling with adult children and partners, Kokanee provided substantial living & dining areas, including a large, well equipped kitchen - the coffee machine was especially appreciated, as was the pantry of spices, flour etc. The layout of 4 queen rooms plus one bunk room catered for our group perfectly and everyone had plenty of room. The hosts, Murray & Lauren were very quick to respond to our request for a new gas bottle for the BBQ and the spa was regularly maintained for us. The return from the ski mountain was relatively simple as we could ski to the end of the road, about 200m from the lodge. Access to the ski mountain was more difficult as the path through the forest ended with a steep climb up to the road - the alternative walk around the road was 10 mins steady uphill. However, guests could easily drive to the day car park in less than 2 mins if the walk proved too diffcult. We would highly recommend this quality, well equipped lodge to large groups wanting a very accommodating self catering space to relax and enjoy the post skiing part of the day. A great place to stay close to the gondola
We really enjoyed the place, it is literally walking distance to the gondola. We were able to get there at opening and beat all the lines even riding the pipe coaster 2 times before lines started. We stayed in the summer so the fireplace and sauna were not working and there is some touch up things that could use doing. All in all it is a great place that is on its way to being 5 star plus!

Greg thats great to hear! It is definitely great being able to get a head start on the lines. So sorry to hear you had issues with the fireplace and sauna, I have checked and they are both working. It appears the pilot light in the fireplace turns off after about 2-3 weeks of inactivity, so sometimes requires a quick flip of the switch. I will definitely add some more thorough operating instructions on both of these so thank you. Either way we're glad you had a great time in Revelstoke Greg and hope to see you again soon!
