The perfect base camp for your stay in Revelstoke, where the land offers a four season playground. This cozy condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 queen sofa bed.
Located in the new Mackenzie Plaza, this modern suite sleeps 5 guests. Enjoy the open concept living and dining area and relax on the deck in the hot tub to end the day off right. Underground parking ensures you never have to scrape the snow off your car in the winter months, and AC keeps the whole place cool in the summer.
Mackenzie Plaza is centrally located, only a 5 minute drive from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Downtown Revelstoke. Enjoy easy access to town on the designated bike paths or walk to the nearby shuttle stop and catch a ride.
The Revelstoke Resort Shuttle stops at MacKenzie Plaza and runs year round. MacKenzie Plaza is also on BC Transit Route 5. Visit their website for the current schedule and fare information.
Powder Paradise provides access to the property via a code for the lobby door entrance and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.
Powder Paradise has two bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 king bed. The living room features a queen sized sofa bed, lounge seating, and a smart TV. Two full bathrooms allows for everyone to have ample space, and the unit also has a washer and dryer making long trips more feasible. The open concept dining area and well-stocked kitchen is great for cooking and hanging out after a long day of adventuring. The spacious patio has an outdoor dining area and a brand new full size hot tub.
HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS - from the highway, turn onto Townley Street - at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East) - turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort) - just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex - you will be in the third building on the left, Building 3, Unit 3210
HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS - from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road - at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road) - at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East) - turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort) - just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex -you will be in the third building on the left, Building 3, Unit 3210
Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved underground parking stall (8'4" clearance). The strata does not permit RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks in the parking garage. There is some street parking available for additional vehicles. Note that the ground level parking lot is reserved for customers of the plaza shops, and the Strata may tow vehicles in this lot overnight.
There is a shovel on the deck for snow removal.
Please note there is some development work being done on the retail buildings at MacKenzie Plaza, please do adequate research before booking.

Powder Paradise stay
Wonderful stay at Powder Paradise. Really nice condo, beautifully decorated and high end amenities. Everything exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay again.
Location and amenities were excellent. Underground parking during winter is awesome after coming off the mountain, so easy to get gear to and from the car in dry conditions. The whole setup is very convenient and well thought out. Small shops nearby for essential s too. Had a great time.

Amazing stay at Powder Paradise
Perfect place to stay near Revelstoke, very convenient to the mountain and town. Place is basically brand new, has everything you need, and is super comfortable. Also had great communication, easy access, easy parking, and just overall perfect convenience.

A great, if short, getaway
We had to make a short trip to Revy and booked the Powder Paradise. It had everything we need and made the trip much better. We were able to eat in, relax in a hot tub and sleep in a very comfortable bed. Secure parking for our car and bikes was great too. Plus the weather was phenomenal!

Powder Paradise
The unit was clean, organized and delivered everything that was promised. With a grocery and liquor store and bakery on the main level, this space has everything you could need without needing to drive anywhere. The property managers were prompt and courteous with all our questions and requests, and the dedicated hot tub on the deck is a primo touch. We hope to return in the future.
The property came as advertised, easy access, clean, great hot tub, fully stocked kitchen equipment, great beds. Would suggest in the bedroom with the king bed you put in two twins that can be pushed together. This would allow 2 people there own beds.Will definitely recommend to my friends.See you next year!!
Nice condo on 2nd floor. Walk-in shower is in the bathroom off the main area and was easily used by my 90 year old father. Well appointed kitchen - could have used one or two bigger pots and a larger coffee maker, that’s about it. Easy to reach the property managers who were always helpful. Quiet area, although there is some construction nearby. Parkade is easy to get into, high ceilings- parking stalls are a little tight for my 1/2 ton pickup, but doable. Easy to bike into town and get around. Nice hot tub…no complaints at all. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Spacious modern and very clean condo with easy and accessible parking. Thought and detail was in the furnishing and equiping of the apartment added to the comfort and ease of a wonderful stay. All details about the condo were accurate and even though it was a long way from the UK it is highly probable we will return.

Beautiful apartment - very clean and lovely locally produced soap, shampoo etc provided. There is construction on the opposite side of the road so it does feel a bit like staying in a construction site. However, we were out all day so this was not an issue for us.
everything excellent … couple suggestions…. directions to lobby entrance should include “between “ tow businesses , where signs are apparent. It would make it easier to licate the lobby doors. The pullout couch should be upgraded. Even for a light 125 lb person the bars are too apparent when lyong on it. Finally the bathroom sinks are not deep enough to wash hands . The extra room under sinks is not worth the shallow sinks. Overalll great place , great location
