"Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, was nice to have somewhere that we could put the luggage away, and the bed was very comfy. The pillows were rather firm but that is quite normal in Japan. The only downside was the small bathroom, but we managed and the shower pressure was excellent. We didn’t use the public baths as we both have tattoos so unable to comment on those. However, we did use the washing machines and found the cycles quick even when using the dryer. Note that there is no change machine in the laundry and the machines only take 100 yen coins. Access to Sapporo station was easy both underground and on ground level. The underground passage to the station was very useful on our last day as the snowed. While a little away from the main sights of Sapporo, they are no further than a 30 minutes walk and we enjoyed seeing the city when walking to the different locations. We would happily stay here again and recommend others to do so!"

"The reception, check-in process, guidance snd recommendations, reservation of a shuttle to the Sapporo Station, knowledge professionalism of staff stood out. Hotel was just a 3 minute walk to the Nishi Juitchome station Subway line that connect to Nanboku and Toho lines at the Odori Station. The tram station is just a minutes walk from the hotel. A very convenient, accessible and excellent hotel."

"We love the AC system, so far this is the best hotel has good AC system. The bathroom is large and nice size for two guests. The beds are comfy, the cleaner teams are excellent. Everyday we left and came back to the room was always having receptionist greeting us. Also the location is close to Sapporo station, 6 mns walk very convenient, Lawson and McDonald along the walkway to the station. We are highly recommended."
