This excellent modern villa holds an exceptional front line position on the beach just outside the town of Rethymnon itself, within very easy walking distance of all the facilities.
Very well appointed and equipped, an ideal house for a large gathering offering a wealth of facilities to keep all ages happy. Attractively furnished throughout with open sea views from the pool area as well as the upper front balconies.
The sandy beach and water front promenade are on your doorstep, so perfect for those who don’t want to use a car on their holiday. A very popular property and early booking is recommended.
