RECENTLY RENOVATED! Our family vacation condo is at the 17th floor of Pelican Beach Resort, a sought after resort in Destin, FL with its central location and amenities. Pools, hot tub, gym, sauna, Tiki bar, tennis/pickleball courts.
You can enjoy the amazing views of emerald ocean and endless beaches of Destin while having your favorite drinks at its private balcony.

Only 6 persons will be allowed to register in a one bedroom unit.
This is a no smoking facility, smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Resort has the eviction power for those who do not follow the rules. Smoking is only allowed at two designated locations at the Resort.
No PETS allowed as per HOA rules.
