Hampton Inn & Suites Reno West
The best part of our stay there was that there was no air freshener/fragrance being pumped into the lobby. It was so refreshing to be able to breathe. Thank you!

Peppermill Resort Spa Casino
Pool was not open which was disappointing. Staff was outstanding except for the bell hop area which appeared to be understaffed for the volume of clients they had to support. Restaurants we ate at had excellent food and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Run down hotel. Swimming pool is old. And attendant is so strict no floaties for kids. Whats the point of having a pool and no floaties. Room was run down. Old and ac didnt work. Took forever for them to transfer us to another room.

J Resort
During all my visits my room has a view of the construction site which means daily wakeup at 0645 when the work begins. Will be much nicer when that’s finished.

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa
Great food at Red Bloom and Bistro Napa restaurants. Very comfortable bed in very well appointed room. General navigation around casino and resort a bit confusing, but good signage.
