"clean room, matress can use upgrade, otherwise a bery pleasant stay"

"The room was really warm even with the air turned down to 65 and fan on high. The blankets were very noisy making a crinkling noise with every move and no fan in the bathroom. "

"Very old room. Bathroom sink didn’t work. AC didn’t work. Window didn’t have a lock. Very dirty (as in old and permanently dingy. "

"Food was very good. We ate at a variety of the restaurants on the premises & did not have a bad meal or bad service at any. Room was nice & updated. Carpet was exceptionally clean and bed was very comfortable. All staff we interacted with were nice & super helpful."

"No housekeeping service for four days. I had to call just to get clean towels and that was all they could “promise to do”. What?"

"The internet was good, the staff were really friendly, aircon was good, but our room had a horrible smell to it. We asked to be switched but they were booked out. We asked for some sort of compensation because the air was truly awful and they were very nice to try and help but still have not received the compensation we were promised. The smell was horrendous, did not go away even after spraying febreeze and perfume. "

"I do not recommend. Buffet was expensive and food wasn’t worth the price. Noticed a lot of other people leaving plates partially eaten and left to be taken. We had 2 rooms across the hall from each other and 3 people decided at 4 am that our doors were a good place to have a fight among each other banging on our doors and cursing and screaming. Called the front desk and they sent two security officers up and it quieted down until they left and they piped back up again. Then two left and emts showed up to access one of the three that was sitting against the door. Lasted over 2 hours. My kids were scared and we were wide awake after that. The room was extremely dusty. Visible particles in the air and on all surfaces. For a weekend we planned 2 months ago for our family. It was not relaxing or enjoyable. Staff wasn’t helpful with the situation either. Talked to manager and “there wasn’t much he could do”. As a family that doesn’t get away often and hoped for a good weekend together and experience the GSR and Reno…. It wasn’t worth it at all. "
