"When we arrived the pool was closed. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. I am pleased to say after much discussion they decided to open the pool after a couple hours. Kudos to them. Breakfast was not that great and overpriced for what you get. There were only three other people there but service was slow and the eggs were cold. Would not eat there again. "

"Taylor was rude and not understanding my communication as what my needs were as an amputee. I ask specific questions before i booked the room and she would not be truthful to this even tho i went in first to discuss as for this very reason and it still didn't help. For shame Hilton not wanting ti make this right"

"Room was clean, but had an over powering smell of perfume. It was so strong it made my mouth feel weird, if anyone understands that. We had to open the window for a bit to clear it out. Also soon after we checked in, a staff member opened our door up and then said they had it marked that our room was empty. There were no sheet or blankets available for the sleeper sofa and we had to go get them ourselves. Pool was filthy, but there was about 15-20 people/kids in it before we went. The night woman working was awful. We needed an antacids and an extra blanket. She was obviously napping in the lobby and not used to people bothering her in the middle of the night. Very rude about it, but we were told that snack area was 24/7. "
