Firstly the staff are excellent and responded to my eMails quickly (via Séjours et Affaires website). The accommodation is basic and functional but well priced with easy access to the city centre which is easily walkable. This was our fourth stay in the same chain of aparthotels in the same trip so we knew what to expect. The problem for us was the limitations on car parking (weekends/nights only M-F) which was a massive issue - the description on Expedia said car parking available and we booked believing we could park 24/7.

Agréable séjour

Sejour agréable. C'est la 2eme fois que j'y séjourne. L'endroit est pas loin de la gare. Tout y est mit de façon a passer un bon séjour. Le personnel est très sympathique et a l'écoute si besoin. Oui je trouve que cet endroit et pour ma part un lieu ou j'y reviendrai a chaque fois.

È andato tutto molto bene. Le uniche pecche sono che gli asciugamani dopo una settimana non li hanno cambiati. E l’acqua calda è fornita dal boiler elettrico di non grandi dimensioni. Per il resto la struttura va benissimo.

レンヌ駅からすぐの立地がとても便利でした。レセプションが夕方閉まるため、レイトチェックインの場合は事前に連絡しないと、入室が困難なので気を付けてください。私がメールで連絡した際には、日本語が少し分かる方が丁寧に対応してくださりました。ありがとうございました！

Posizione ottima, direttamente sopra la stazione, per chi volesse esplorare la zona in treno o bus. Gli appartamenti sono ben studiati, hanno utensili per cucinare e pulire velocemente,. Nella hall c'è un distributore di snack e bevande se si arriva tardi. Unico neo per me è stato con il check in oltre ľorario perché non riuscivo a chiamare il numero segnato, mi ha aiutato un ragazzo che stava uscendo dal palazzo. Magari prevedere un check in con codici direttamente sulla mail in anticipo, come ho poi sperimentato altrove,senza dover telefonare.

L’établissement est très agréable pour y séjourner. Le rapport qualité /prix est très correcte. Les chambres sont propre et le personnel très réactif aux demandes que l’on peut leur faire. Un seul bémol : l’été, il y fait chaud par manque de climatisation, il y a juste un ventilateur , ce qui n’est pas assez efficace !

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé À deux pas de la gare et 10 minutes à pied des quartiers animés et restaurants La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses La douche pourrait être un peu plus grande 😅 Le lit est confortable Petit bémol sur l'absence de climatisation car en cette période où il fait un peu chaud, ça aurait été utile. En tout cas, les prestations sont bien et je recommande cet hôtel pour son excellent rapport qualité/prix

La quasi proximité de la gare et des transports fut la première belle surprise pour nous. Ensuite l'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, le studio très confortable, chaud et bien équipé fut la deuxième belle surprise. Ensuite l'hôtel est à proximité du centre ville et autres lieux touristiques donc bien situé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rennes. Nous remercions l'équipe de Mme Touboulic à l'accueil, Marco le technicien et l'équipe de service de chambre.
