The receptionist was very pleasant and helped were possible. Rooms were a little tired. Aircon wasn’t great or didn’t work so we had to have the window open but this made it noisy. My main concern is that hotels.com advertises dog friendly at €8 per dog per night. The manageress insisted it was €15 euros a night and that’s what I had to pay. She also made me promise my dogs wouldn’t bark!! No one wants their dogs to bark and ours didn’t but the fact she was asking how noisey they were and if they were big then they couldn’t stay. Not sure this is very pet friendly at all

La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer Taches suspectes sur les coussins du lit... Les lumières dans l'entrée de la chambre ne fonctionnent pas. On entend énormément l'ascenseur alors que la chambre est séparée de l'ascenseur par les escaliers. Au petit-déjeuner, des yaourts achetés chez Lidl, un peu limite pour 13 € !

Bon hôtel par trop cher dans zone commerciale

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, et le prix est intéressant. Les oreillers sont très légers, et la proximité avec la route peut rendre les chambres bruyantes et lumineuses la nuit (car les rideaux ne cachent pas complètement la lumière des réverbères) Le petit déjeuner est rudimentaire et il ne faut pas s'attendre à des produits de qualité (à part les mini beurres paysan bretons retrouvés dans beaucoup d'hôtels).

Chambre en face de l ascenseur

Quand je suis arrivé dans votre hôtel, on m'a donné la chambre 307. Je venais de Quimper après une grosse journée de travail. Je pensais me reposer mais pas possible car ma chambre donnée en face de l'ascenseur. Le soir jusqu'à très tard on entend l'ascenseur monter descendre. Le matin très tôt. On entend l'ascenseur monter et descendre. Bref, pour une chambre payée 118 € la nuit je trouve ça excessivement cher pour être placé en face d'un ascenseur car en plus l'hôtel était complet donc je vous laisse imaginer le nombre de fois où l'ascenseur a été appelé. Encore une fois le prix est haut pour très mal dormir soi-disant votre hôtel s'appelle Brit hôtel grand confort, grand confort pour les chambres mais pas pour l'isolation sonore.

J’ai réservé cet hôtel par votre site expédia,en arrivant la personne de l’accueil m’a demandé de payer la chambre (que c’est elle qui validait la réservation faite par expédia),évidemment encaissement fait 2 fois.Après réclamation au téléphone,la chambre a été remboursée mais 3€ de moins que le prix payé sur place . Très déçue de cette incompétence ayant bien posé la question avant de payer
