"We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. We look forward to returning. "

"Location and beach was amazing. The room was clean and very nice, but the property was very dirty and some areas looks like a third world country. There is a wedding party that had a DJ with loudspeakers that went on until 2:30 in the morning. I at least would’ve expected them to have a 11 PM sound limit or something like that. "Nice pool area and beach access. The quality of the food was quite bad, almost tasteless but on general a good experience excluding that. "

"They charged me twice for the room and still have not refunded me. They promised we would receive a refund and now we are back almost a week and still no refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This is not the right way to do business. A/C didn't work properly, soap from previous guest in the soap dish in our bathroom."

The location is unbelievable-with gorgeous 180 views of Sardinia, the staff are unbelievable (shout out to Dave who goes above and beyond) and the room was perfect. A complete 10/10. Ask for 3rd floor rooms if you can. The terraces are worth the extra. "
