"Lovely house with amazing views but let down with extremely dirty windows (a real shame) and unkept exterior with large spiky weeds not good first impressions The outdoor furniture is old and requires attention not really fit for purpose. These things could be easily rectified and are spoiling what is a beautiful house"

"We were a party of 4 adults, 2 children and a dog. The lodge was perfect for our stay with spacious accommodation near the centre of the Bay. Very well equipped with great attention to detail. Parking for 2 cars. Surrounded by lovely gardens and just around the corner from the playground. Really can't think of anything that would have improved our stay"

"Sea views. Cosy warm cottage. Dog friendly. Very well equipped. This is the best place we have stayed in at The Bay Filey. Highly recommended. Will be returning as there is always something to do. This time we walked the Esk Valley Path up on the Borth York Moors and really appreciated having such a comfortable place to come back to. Felt very homely. Thank you!"

"Had a lovely stay here this week. Perfect location close to beach and amenities. Cottage was well equipped. Only downside was I’d recommend mattress’s to be replaced as they were well past their best. (A bit of a shame really). Sofa was very soft. You fell into it rather than sat on it. But was ok to lay on I suppose. Overall was a pleasant stay. Just trying to give an honest review."
