"Absolutely spot on property. Was accurate to the listing and even better than the photos. Had everything you could think of. Will definitely be looking to book this property again. Host was fantastic when we had a small issue with Internet. So clean and very comfortable."

"Excellent stay been before to site about 8 times and always enjoyed it .only down side was the charge for pets when we have been before and never charged. But on the whole an excellent experience"

"Lovely location and great internal space both downstairs and 2 excellent large bedrooms with shared balcony looking out to sea with very comfortable beds, and third twin bedroom. Like the fact that 3 bedrooms all with walk in showers. Some issues with TV reception whilst there around Sky but Anthony did all he could to address, maybe potential issue as old box not relying on internet connection. Must be our 12 or so visit to the Bay since 2017, and first time in a property like this and would recommend"

"A great stay we had issues with a faulty lock but the host was extremely responsive and got this sorted out really quickly with a locksmith arriving in about 30 minutes. Prompt responses were also received in respect of minor queries. Overall the host’s service was excellent.The lodge is in an ideal place for quick access to the beach and also the gym and pool. It was sufficiently equipped for our short stay our only comment would be that having only 4 bowls and plates meant we were putting the dishwasher on when it wasn’t full which is not energy efficient.Main bathroom had a walk in shower which was great for Dad as no step up or threshold to trip on.It’s a tandem drive which makes the space when parked narrow and difficult for elderly parent to get into the car but we just pulled onto the road in front of the drive to get Dad in.Overall we had a great stay and would recommend Just Beachy to others"

"Lovely holiday as usual. The wonderful weather made the house’s access to the beach important. We were able to use the veranda more this year due to the weather. My teenager did miss the usual welcome pack but only for a moment."
