Staff were so helpful at check in and shared knowledge on where to eat, talked through interesting places to visit and shared how to get there either by foot or public transport. This made a big difference to our short 2 night stay as we didn’t need to navigate it from scratch. The rooms are spotless and the beds/bedding are AMAZING. Our room also had a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Highly recommend 👌"

"This is a fully virtual check-in experience, first for me. The location is fully in the busy downtown Santander business district. Street parking can be a challenge, and it is meter paid. There are also paid parking lots available. Lots of restaurants and urban amenities. The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. This is a great value."
