"I saw someone gave this place two stars. That's crazy. This place isn't perfect, but we were comfortable here, and the host was responsive. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I am not a fan of memory foam mattresses. It would also have been nice to have access to the garage to park the rental car. Overall, for the price point we paid, everything was good. I've stayed in a number of VRBO properties, and this one is among the better ones."

"This home is lovely but beware of the steep stairs. These provided a challenge for some in our party. The view is absolutely stunning, especially from the living room. We saw the Northern Lights from here on two nights. The pillows on the beds have seen better days and the windows, while covered with nice shades, let in lots of light, making sleeping difficult. The host was always kind and quick to respond and we enjoyed our time in Anchorage. "

"The apartment is neat, clean, spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake. Perfect for 2 couples or family of four. Located in a safe neighborhood, close to hwy, grocery, restaurants and Starbucks. Host was helpful solving our internet problem. I would stay here again."

He took additional pictures and measurements to make sure it would work for us. Place was very homey and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. "
