"The hotel was fine great area but unfortunately the room didn’t have the basic necessities "

"Breakfast starts at 6:30 and was okay. Parking is very congested. the room (101)on the other side of the hotel near the stairs clean, the the bedcover had stains, there were many bugs in the room including a dead roach in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was leaking and the walls are thin you can hear other people talking. The location was perfect and many eatery places around."

"Cool building has more character than the generic chains nearby. Room was very good. Pool is a nice feature but not large. Two things that were not so good; dogs in the lobby and being locked in by the parking system. I was charged for parking when checking in but when scanning my barcode to leave the gate did not open. It took three attempts with staff to get out. Bizarre. "

"The pictures LIE. The room was disgusting, brown stains on the bed sheets, grimmy showerhead, blood on the telephone, annoying bed frame makes loud noise when you’re getting on the bed. Seems like they just go in to make the sheets and not even clean anything."

"When I got to my room, the TV didn't work and there was no mirror over the sink. They agreed to give me another room. The next one was filthy with black mold and peeling paint in the bathroom and dirt on the walls and still a TV that didn't work. They showed me 3 more - I don't think the TV worked in any, but at least I found one that looked reasonably clean and had a working hair dryer (the only amenity). The internet wouldn't run on my laptop (not strong enough?), they were never able to make the TV work (and the lady at the front desk just laughed at me and said "I can't fix TV you wait till tomorrow!" - what a joke. The breakfast items were pretty much gone 45 minutes into the 2-hour service and I'm not sure they were ever refilled. The towels were threadbare... I could go on and on. The bed sheets were clean, but that was the only plus. As I was checking out, someone else was in the office complaining about their air conditioning not working. I'm guessing every room has an issue. It looks like it hasn't had a penny spent on updating it in years."
