"On our first morning there wasn’t any food left when we arrived at 8:15 am. My husband squeezed out batter for 2 waffles thank goodness. He asked for eggs, sausage and was told they didn’t have anymore. He complained to front desk. Apparently they hadn’t received their food order. This morning there were eggs but batter for waffles had run out. "

"The room was clean, it was also very quiet, and the staff is super friendly. The only think that is a little off is that the key cards take more than 5 passes before it actually opens the door which was a little annoying but manageable."

"The staff is so helpful and incredibly friendly. Breakfast is delicious and always has a selection of eggs, meat, potatoes, fresh fruit, waffles, and cereal. The coffee was so good- nice and bold unlike most of the watered down, bad tasting coffee you get at hotels. And, cherry on top- they always have fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the evening. Will definitely be booking here again when I return to the area."

"Cons: There is construction at every corner. It’s loud at 4am. Bring your ear plugs. Towels were hard as a rock as if they starch them. Bring your own water in. Shower blasted scorching hot water ever 2 min then cold. Shocking to find a non smoking hotel where outside balcony had cigarette butts all over. Pros: Hotel and Staff were amazing. Rooms are big and spacious. Comfortable. I would give it higher rating but with all the loudness that’s about it. "

"I needed a room with handicap accessible bathroom and room for a walker to get around.i had a Dr. appointment at OPA Ortho in Seattle so it was not too far. It was a very quiet area so that was helpful to be able to sleep. "
