We stayed in a family unit with 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 double beds). The building was across from the water park in an older, not newly- renovated section with NO elevators in the 3 story building. We were luckily on the first floor because it would be horrible to lug suitcases up and down. Room was clean, but the front bedroom was noticeably warmer than the second bedroom. Contacted the front desk, who immediately sent maintenance. Maintenance said that a new thermostat was needed and would be replaced if in stock. Never got replaced, nor were we updated on the status. Food was OK—we’ve had better in other all-inclusive resorts. The best part was the beach, which was HUGE and clean. No issues with obtaining lounge chairs. We didn’t even bother going to any of the pools because we had the best time on the beach!

The hotel was nice. My room should have been better for the price. There was paint on the floor. Refrigerator was not pleasant looking and all the drinks inside was luke warm. The bathroom sinks the water went out very slow, so the settled there for awhile. Annoying. They did come up and finally clean the paint up after the second day. They left us one washcloth on the third day and none on the 4th night. We called and told the cleaning lady and we never got them.

Property is immaculate. Located right on the marina so perfect for all water sports and activities. Food was great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be returning soon. Traveled with a family of 10 including children and everyone was thoroughly pleased. Kadian was extremely helpful with booking excursions and transportation. If you fly into Montego Bay, expect at least a two hour ride to the resort depending on traffic.
