Blue Waters Beach Club Tours and Activities

Nice resort overall. Pool Nice size and beach is decent but small and the water only goes about waste high so no good swimming or snorkeling options, but nice to relax. However, the worst part is we reserved a Suite garden view but the room location was horrible, it was more like a road view (room 3121) don't recommend this building at all. Room was nice inside but had some lighting issues. Furthermore Our room was literally facing the main road and it was loud All day and All night with traffic of cars flying by and large trucks going by . And there was some kind of buildings two right across the street where there were people outside looking directly at our balcony all day and night. No privacy and super uncomfortable. Very very loud. Also resort workes were walking by balcony I'm assuming coming and going to and from work from the same main road. Dreaded going back to the room. Notified the front desk, concierge and Expedia rep several times but was told they couldn't change the room. Didn't know Palladium Lady Hamilton side was much nicer; therefore I recommend booking that side not Palladium Jamaica side.

Staff members were super friendly and helpful. We had soo much fun at this resort, we did not want to leave 😊
