"The staff are absolutely nothing less than Excellent. Breakfast was monitored constantly for both heat / cold depending on what each station offered. There was a great selection for breakfast so if you were staying for multiple days there was no need to get bored/tired with what you were eating. The only complaint I have is that the shower curtain is too short for the bathtub and it has a bowed railing so the bathroom floor was flooded for each shower and there were 4 of us. Apparently this was / is not an isolated incidence and proper length shower curtains have been ordered. Property is located within 5 minutes of the airport but is sound proofed so you do not hear any sky traffic or anything from the floor above your own room."

"The checkin desk was very helpful. Bedsheet was soiled so we needed to get it replaced. Even though it is a student residence, a coffee machine could be provided when used as a hotel. The parking process is unnecessarily complicated. Hotel guests should not have to pay for parking."
