"Okana is a super fun place for families, and the kids absolutely loved the indoor water park. The rooms feel almost brand new and were in great condition overall. Everything was very clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, coffee maker with coffee, and an in-room safe. My only concern is with some workmanship details that could become bigger issues over time. The sink faucet in our room was not tightened properly to the counter and wobbled, and the wall-mounted light above the nightstand was loose, rotating and falling out of position. If similar issues exist in other rooms, it could create a maintenance headache down the road. Management may want to have contractors go back through the property to tighten faucets, secure fixtures, and address these small installation details now before they turn into larger problems. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return."

"The only problem was the a/c did work as well as we would have like. They sent someone up right away but to know avail. Keep an eye on your reservation if you paid extra for breakfast make sure you bring this up at check-in so they can provide you a voucher for your breakfast. For two people breakfast would have been 36.00. "
