The perfect base to enjoy your holiday in Cornwall! Near to coastal paths, surfing beaches and attractions. Just a few minutes drive to Portreath beach, only 20 minutes from St Ives, Newquay, Falmouth. Ideal for families or groups of friends with a large sociable kitchen diner and lounge. Enclosed garden, free parking, 2 bathrooms . Bed 1: double bedroom with ensuite, Bed 2: twin beds that can be joined to make a kingsized bed, Bed 3 has bunk beds. 1 folding bed also available for any bedroom
The space
This is a very new house only 4 years old, with all mod cons.

The light and sunny large kitchen has French doors straight out into the enclosed private garden with it's patio and deck. The kitchen is fully equipped for all you need to have an enjoyable stay - including induction hob and fan oven, integrated fridge freezer, full sized dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine . Built in utility cupboard with washing machine, condenser tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, washing detergent and softener provided. There are even a stand mixer and baking equipment for you to whip up some cakes while you're away if you fancy!

Upstairs is a bath with Mira shower in the family bathroom, perfect for if you have small children (baby bath also provided if needed) or simply to soak in with a glass of wine and a bath bomb at the end of the day. (As well as a large ensuite shower in bedroom 1.)

Three upstairs bedrooms - one king with en-suite (room for an extra folding bed if requested- see photos), bedroom two has twin beds which can also be linked together to make up a super-king bed (just let us know your preference) and the third bedroom has bunk beds. There is also the option of a folding bed (with full sized mattress) or travel cot/s on request and can be made up in the room/s of your choice.

Just let me know what sleeping arrangements you would like I will arrange the beds accordingly.
One or two travel cots, high chairs and baby bath also available on request.

TV with Netflix included (perfect to keep the kids entertained!), as well as fibre WiFi, board games & books.

Lovely coastal theme throughout, everything you need for a perfect home from home stay!

Entire place is available for your use. Off street parking for 3-4 cars right in front of house. Quiet residential area, only a few minutes walk to pub serving food and with a pub garden, local shops, supermarkets and takeaways.

If you wish to stay for a shorter time than the minimum nights set, please feel free to contact me and I will see what I can do!
Groups of friends must all be aged 28 or over. We have listed the house to sleep 7, but contact me if you wish to have more people to stay as we may be able to accommodate more depending on your individual situation.
