Everything was excellent; the large comfy beds, the kitchen with every utensil you could need and more, the hot tub and outdoor pool that was warm enough to use even in early May, the massive dinning table that seated all 15 of use without a problem. "For our second visit to Cadgwith we booked the Poppy property (our first was in Henrietta, the converted and extended railway wagon). Cannot fault the experience - the property was spotless and excellently presented. "Great property, ticked all the boxes. Communication was great, comfy beds and very clean. The dog loved the large garden. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of cupboard space. Used the bus to travel locally. Will be back."

"Smithy’s Stable is a lovely little cottage halfway between Penzance and St Ives, so the perfect spot for exploring West Cornwall. Mark and Margaret are wonderful hosts and provided numerous adventure ideas. You will need a car — and need to believe that the car is not as wide as you think!"

"A perfect base for us to explore the local area. Beautifully clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely relaxing outdoor space (complete with sneaky views of the sea). We made the most of the body boards in the shed - very useful! Perfectly located for 5ish minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a walk or train to St Ives. Steep hills but the pain is over very quickly! I would highly recommend Little Coombe."

We really appreciated the dog friendly , safe garden for our little border terrier to play in. We liked the close proximity to some of the dog friendly beaches that we explored on our stay. "It was a little tricky to find initially as we arrived in the dark. The Barn has been tastefully furnished an absolute stylish kitchen and living area with lots of room. It was spotless. The bedrooms were of a good size. The only negative were the beds. They were ok but having a bad back and shoulder I do need a good mattress that supports. I do not sleep well with a bed too hard or bouncy. The outside area is lovely , however due to being away for most of the weekend and than rain we did not...

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
