"Well what a gem.
Great place, everything you need is there. Except hairdryer, not a problem for me as mine dries fast.
The whole experience was great from start to finish. Comfy bed, shower amazing, hot tub was awesome addition. Great night away and we will definitely be returning.
Dont go to Lygon arms in feckenham ( village closest) food, service was not great at all. Redditch is close by and Hanbury hall"

"Had a lovely stay in this very old characterful building. Yes it was noisy until closing time, but its a pub, stay up and have a drink. Welcome was friendly and no fuss.
Would have loved a couple of herbal tea bags in the tea bag area but thats the only constructive feedback."

"Friendly staff, on-site parking. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
Narrow staircase, no lift do big or heavy suitcases could be a challenge.
Breakfast was good!"

"Victoria keeps the house immaculately clean and is decorated to a high standard. Everything we needed was in our room, she even brought a fresh jug of milk for our tea and coffee. The breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. We could not find fault in anything. Throughly recommend."

"Great hotel , central location especially with the car park being so close . The restaurant was pricey for the portions but the service was excellent. Also I think for the spa use the times need to be changed to earlier Acess as we were unable to use them as check-in times 3pm ,abs checkout time was 11am but access to spa was 10am . "
"I last stayed here over ten years ago, when I stayed while attending a week-long residential course at Aston University. I was impressed then and was still impressed now. Friendly staff, comfy beds and one of the nicest hotel breakfasts going, all while being a short walk away from Birmingham city centre. Next time I am back in Birmingham, I know where I'll be staying again 🙂"
"Unfortunately, this property did not live up to the standards and the costs! I was given an accessible room despite me not booking one. They couldn’t change it for me because in the other room, AC was not working, all for me to find out that you can’t set a temperature below 19 degrees in this hotel! I am not sure what people are supposed to do in hotter weather! Breakfast was really standard for such a big chain. Will not be staying again!"
"The hotel is well positioned in the city centre. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was lovely and staff attentive.
The only comment I would make is that my room was at the side by the garage on the street, and as I need my window open, it was noisy with the sounds of jet washing."
"The staff are incredibly friendly, and the surrounding environment is absolutely beautiful. It’s a wonderful place both to attend the conference and to relax."
"We had a great one night stay whilst attending an even at the NEC, which is within very easy walking distance. The hotel was clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and our room comfortably accommodated our family of four. The swimming pool was a highlight for my children, as was the delicious dinner and breakfast we enjoyed during our stay."
