"Room lovely- first time I’ve been away and not missed my own bed. Breakfast was gorgeous. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. My only concern was while sat in the bar area a woman was training staff (Middle aged woman with a german(?) accent) and started berating a staff member loudly in front of customers in the bar/ queuing for check-in - this was very unprofessional- and the staff member she was berating was a lovely, helpful lad."

"The flat was great, as advertised. Clean and had everything I needed to stay for a week. Really easy bus route to Central Manchester nearby also. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responding to any questions extremely fast. Would recommend."

"The worst room ever, NO TOWELS, NO TOILET, NO SHOWER. I don’t understand why this property is still allowed to host anyone. This was probably the worst hotel and should not be hosting any guests. No staff after 9 so access to property is via the yard in the back going up a slippery metal staircase in the rain. Instructions to get in were unclear and sketchy. I had to call the mobile phone provided and a lady helped out to get the codes. When I eventually got in, the area stinks and unkept. Then you have to access the room via a locked key box which was a nightmare to open. When you get into the room there’s a very old and shabby bed, insufficient linen and very cheap furniture. Very uncomfortable throughout. When I was looking for an iron to press my shirt there was nothing. Trying to have a bath and the shared bathroom was filthy, wet on the floor dirty inside and no soap provided The toilet had wee on the floor and toilet seat. I would like my money back please as I feel that I was subjected to the worst conditions possible Thank you "
