Pets (pet-friendly properties + service animals) — We love animals! Dogs must be approved via booking messages. Flat $50/pet per stay, up to 2 dogs (service animals exempt from fee/approval). Never leave pets unattended — violations cancel the reservation without refund. Keep pets off furniture; hair/stains/scratches add $100+ cleaning. Clean up after your pet (supplies provided). Unapproved pets: $75/night. Report any damage right away.
Smoking/Vaping — Smoke-free home. None inside or on the premises, ever. Inside or residue/odor removal = $250+ plus lost-night revenue. Some homes have smoke/vape sensors on the noise monitor.
Quiet Hours — 10 PM–8 AM. Outdoor activity moves inside at 10 PM. Turn off accessible string lights.
Good to Know — This unit sits right above a coffee shop, which opens early — you may hear some activity in the morning as they get going. We mention it so it`s no surprise; many guests find it part of the downtown charm.
No Events or Parties — Strictly prohibited (our policy, local ordinance, and your booking platform`s). Unauthorized gatherings result in immediate cancellation plus additional cleaning and damage fees. Minimum $50 charge + possible removal.
Safety & Security — Outdoor cameras and noise/security sensors are for security and insurance. Don`t tamper, unplug, or cover them. Minimum $50 charge + possible removal.
Release of Liability — By booking and occupying this property, all guests and their invitees agree to use the home and its features at their own risk and release Dreme Vacation Rentals, its management, and the property owner from liability for any injury, loss, or damage during the stay. Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of everyone in their party, including children.
Neighbors — Be kind and quiet. No loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. Smoking rules extend to the neighborhood.
Trash — Please place all trash in the dumpster behind the building.
Other — Don`t move furniture (minimum $150 repositioning fee). Follow any fire bans or wildlife-safety instructions during your stay.
Damage Waiver — A $25 management fee per reservation covers up to $1,000 in accidental damage, provided the damage is reported to us at the time it occurs. Prompt reporting is what qualifies an incident as accidental. To report, call or text our Concierge line right away. Damage discovered after checkout without prior notice from the guest does not qualify under the Damage Waiver program and will be treated as neglect or intentional damage, with the guest responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
