"Bathroom toilet set needed to replace. Air conditioner was loud hard to sleep. Floors on the 4th floor were just add so you couldn’t take the elevator to that floor. Walls unfinished. The was being remodeled and I should have never been assigned. Housekeeping only added new towels for my five nights"

"The property was nice especially for the price. All of the staff was great. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 was simply because the room was clean but it had a little smell to it when I arrived and also the heating was working."

"It was 1 night quick staying. No hair dryer, broken shower head and no desk. TV wasn’t working, of course no TV remote. "

"Ask for the bed to be changed and garbage to be taken out after 2 days,was told yes and it never happened and i stayed 4 days. Water drip in shower was annoying and disturbing."

"This hotel is very, very tired.It needs a huge refresh. I usually stay at a different place but decided to give this one a shot because it also had the airport shuttle that I often need when i'm in houston. When I arrived at the hotel , it appears that expedia had canceled my reservation and had also canceled reservations made by other people. Not sure why this happened , but I have put a report in to find out. I don't think it was the hotel's fault , but this did happen."
