"We decided to book this lovely home to hold our elopement ceremony with a few close friends. The deck overlooks some beautiful hills that you can see the fog roll through in the mornings. It was perfect for 7 people to chat and cook and eat together, while simultaneously offering rooms far enough away from each other to give the occupants privacy if needed.Aside from the view, the kitchen and decor are probably the next best things. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, bowl, etc. that you would think to need, and the fridge and freezer were spacious. The fridge had a water dispenser and ice maker as well. As for the decor, this was not a cookie cutter VRBO but a cozy home filled with all sorts of unique art, Beatles paraphernalia, Godzilla statues and more. It’s got a lot personality.Greg was super responsive during our stay and there were detailed notes throughout about little quirks of the house to help you familiarize yourself with the space. The home was clean, the beds super comfy, and, though cell signal was difficult to get, the WiFi worked wonderfully. The stairs down to the home from the street were navigable for us 30-somethings with bad knees. There’s also a handrail if you’re worried about it. We were able to carry ice chests and luggage down it with only a minimal amount of huffing and puffing.Overall, we would highly recommend and are so happy we chose this home for our elopement! "It was great overall. It was close to downtown and the beach. The place had almost everything that one could think of. The deck had great views and very nice for sun bathing. The bed was very comfortable and clean."

"This trip was my second stay at this property. Again, this is a perfect place for relaxing at Stinson Beach. Cafes and world-class hiking trailheads are within 5-10 mi minutes walking. The property is cleans, well-appointed with clean linens sofas and kitchen appliances. The water pressure is great, and the views are spectacular. "

"We loved this beautifully updated cozy house. Spent a lot of time on the large and charming front porch, which has comfy porch furniture and a glimpse of white water. We had been looking for a smallish one-story house in Stinson that was close to the beach and had a king bed, and this met all our expectations. Nice private back deck too, with fire pit. Great kitchen, everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back!"

"Very cute and cozy home! Its location was perfect. Super close to Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpias, and Stinson Beach. It was a great place to really disconnect from the real world for a bit. I would definitely stay here again"
