"The breakfast was fresh and when I asked about bananas the woman in charge got me one immediately. In addition unlike other stays on our trip, Microtel had more than one place to sit in our room. All in all I was pleasantly surprised."

"The bathtub wasn’t draining well. Housekeeping didn’t show up the next day like any other hotel. When I call the front desk at the end of the day when we got back They told me that I was supposed to get a request for it, Unfortunately they didn’t tell me that when I check in. Plus I requested some clean towels at least. Guess what? They told me that I had to go my self at the front desk to get some clean towels. Never had this problem before in any property. Definitely not happy about it. BUT BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME AND WOMEN IN CHARGE OF THE KITCHEN VERY FRIENDLY. ☺️"

"Well there was not a coffee maker, no hot water boiler or microwave in our room, we had to go to the lobby for any of that. It was quite inconvenient, never had a hotel without a coffee maker or something to heat water with."

"Walkable distance to the Eccles. Safe neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, and nice motel, especially for the price, would stay here again."
