The suite was spacious and beautiful. Up to date accommodations. Valet parking at front entrance. Several pools/ hot tubs that are heated/ all weather. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Westgate would stay again. Good location and very nice/helpful staff...Only complaints for trip would be we weren't informed the main pool was closed until we checked in which was disappointing because it rained all weekend and the main pool is covered which is why we booked at the Westgate. Only 4 stars because hotel/rooms are well used and in need of an update.

An excellent stay

A full service property with many amenities. Very comfortable bed, two TVs, fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher and full size fridge. The property was nicely maintained and the pools and hot tubs were amazingly warm and clean.

It took me almost 2 hours to check in because They keep telling me your room is booked out for somebody else and I asked them to give me my money back. They said we cannot. You have to talk to the owner of the property and I was like I booked my room through this hotel, and it took me literally two hours to check in the room was very clean and nice, but I just didn’t have the best experience to check in

Had my room double booked, was told I could use the credit they gave me for the steakhouse which was closed both days I was there. Ended up not in a room for several hours and ended up missing dinner reservations for a proposal, (I know, sounds made up) but truly disappointed as this is a fine establishment that just needs some better communication between everyone and anywhere you can book the hotel. Adult pool is closed for the year The hot tub is green full of algae, kids running around screaming at everything. Hard to have a peaceful stay with all things considered.

room was extremely small. never seen a room this small before. kitchen table folded out from wall. Could only sit 2 since it was so close to cabinets. No chairs for table. No sofa table, room to small to accommodate. No place to put equipement or hang jackets. should have a couple of hooks by door. Beware room may accommodate a couple. better like close quarter living

Great room, staff and processes are questionable.

Our reservation was not emailed to the location which resulted in waiting and a check in line, leaving and driving around to hopefully find the correct location . Called Hotels.com CS line they sent an email to confirm the reservation. Went back to the same hotel checkin counter and got checked in to our room. Great stay after that, lovely accommodations, our room was amazing and the Canyons Village was a fun evening. Time to check out: The Valet lost our car, wrong ticket number attached a key ring that wasn’t ours. How does this happen? Dude, where’s my car?

Beautiful resort and plenty to do on site. It is a huge resort so you do need to remember how to get around. It wasn't crowded and the staff is so helpful and pleasant. We stayed at one of the condos which had a kichenette and had utensils etc that we needed for making simple breakfast and food. The comfort of the bed and pillows was jus average nothing luxurious.

Not great!!

Bed was hard and awful. We were in the lickout studio, way too small! Said up to 4 adults, not even close. Barely room to walk around bed, pullout went all the way to the small table. No where to walk when pulled out. Was told our Thule box would fit in pkg ramp-No! Had to park in dirt lot across street so inconvenient and messy in the rain. Guest wasn’t allowed pkg pass. Forced to tip getting bags to/from room, they wouldn’t allow u to use luggage carts. Loud! U can hear everything next door and the dog barking early morning down the hall unacceptable! I wouldn’t stay here again, our 3rd time and last.
