Hilton Boston Park Plaza

Hilton Boston Park Plaza

8/10 Good
"The lobby is gorgeous and staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room we had was definitely older (bathroom not updated) and not as well maintained or impressive but clean. It was a great location and well worth the trip. The size of room we had was great for a family of four so that gets top marks. I would come again even with kids. The bar area was fun for adults. Be aware there is not really a dedicated taxi stand or car loop just the side of a regular Boston street for loading/unloading. But staff helped in allowing unloading even from a personal vehicle. "

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel has amazing charm--it's over 100 years old! It was clean and well kept. It's also across the street from a grocery store, a block away from the Prudential Center shops and View Boston, right behind the Boston Public Library, Trinity Church and only a block away from the shops at Newbury St. The location could not have been better. Our room was lovely and clean with high ceilings even if the bathroom was a bit small. The only issue I had was that it was only cleaned once during our four day stay. Luckily, I am a clean person so it wasn't too big of a deal. I would definitely stay here again on return trips."
