"Clean room and the staff very friendly and helpful "

"Tried to check in was denied, stating my card isn’t working when he didn’t even try to enter my card, he googled my address which was wild asked personal questions. I was baffled we felt racially profiled and was denied to get checked in. I tried my card somewhere else just to give them the benefit of the doubt it worked fine. Never again!! To top all of that Expedia didn’t believe anything I said "

"The breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausages. The hot tub was very small and in a stuffy room in the back. Not enjoyable at all. The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t great. Cheap stay but you get what you pay for."

"Unfortunately there was no email about the hot tub being closed. There was no notice that the plumbing was going to be worked on in the middle of the night and that there will be no hot water in the morning. There was a little bit of mould in our washroom. The hotel definitely needs to be detailed oriented. I was surprised that the VLT and Restaurant bathroom had more ambiance the VLT room! Small details like the ATM was empty the restaurant lost our reservation. No hot water, was the biggest issue. Location was good for convenience stores."

"Everything is excellent except for security. Back door doesn’t require guest swipe card to enter. Noise isolation for rooms can be improved as we can hear other room’s shower noise very clearly."
