"Definitely include the breakfast if you're going to stay here. The pool is excellent and the staff are very helpful. Its also convenient to have a coffee shop in the hotel. There are lots of bars and restaurants withing walking distance and the beach is also a 5 minute walk. "

"Absolutely incredible stay – already missing it! We had the most amazing time here and feel genuinely sad to be back home. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, with refreshing air conditioning that made all the difference. Breakfast was a real highlight – an exceptional spread with dishes from around the world and so much variety. Both pools were clean with cool, inviting water, and the entire resort was immaculate and peaceful. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the beach and pier lounges – such a perfect spot to unwind, have a drink and watch the sunset. There's also a charming little town just a short walk away, full of restaurants and a few shops, and it's super easy to book boat trips from the island. This has genuinely been the best holiday I’ve ever had, and I’m already planning to come back next year!"

"Had an amazing stay at this resort. The rooms were really spacious and so comfortable to sleep in. The pools were never full so it was super easy to get a sun lounger and the free towels to use were so handy. The staff at the pool bars were so helpful especially at the Pomelo pool which was also over 12s only therefore relaxed and quiet. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the shuttle bus service around the resort was a great service. I would definitely recommend a stay at this resort if you are heading to the Karon beach area."

"Overall we had a great time at this hotel. We booked it with an all inclusive package. The pools are spectacular and span the entire property. Great service from staff. The one thing we were a bit surprised by was that the beach in the hotel is a reef so unless snorkelling not really an area to stay and float in the ocean. Other oceans nearby however they are not associated with the all inclusive package so if you leave you lose your benefits. Rooms are very nice but walls are very thing so can hear cars passing/chatting in hallways. "

"The staff at this hotel were all amazing, helpful, and kind. The location is right across from patong beach which was very convenient, as well as there were lots of taxis available just outside the hotel. The deluxe room with the separate bedroom was so great and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only problem with the room was that the AC in the bedroom was leaking quite a lot at some times, but the other AC in the kitchen worked fine. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the willingness to help from all the staff. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Pullman Naithon Beach. It is in a beautiful setting and overall you feel you are in accommodation of top quality. The staff are friendly and always eager to make your stay a great one. Unfortunately the main restaurant used for breakfast was under renovation so breakfast was in the banquet room instead. I don’t remember reading this when I booked. I believe if a Main facility of a resort is closed you should be informed. The main pool is in need of renovation with hundreds if not thousands of tiles lifting. Doesn’t look good and possibly an injury risk. These two latter points aside it is a great resort and we would return again for a longer stay. "

"This is our sixth stay at katathani over 10 years. We have seen the resort change and improve over the years but the basic characteristics are the same: a very large resort along a beach which is almost predominantly used by hotel guests with a number of small restaurants and shops on the outside of the resort and 5 or six within the resort. We came originally as a couple and now we have three children and it is still brilliant. "

"It was our first tike here in Thailand and we loved everything in the hotel. All the amenities were amazing. The food at the buffet was amazing, the staff was very friendly. There was this girl named Sam when you check into the buffet she was amazing. So Helpful and friendly. Our flight didnt leave until nightime and they have a lounge where you can relax and shower. Overall, I would stay here again. I would give this hotel a 10 star rating "
