This hotel was fantastic. All the staff were kind and helpful. The facilities were amazing. Top notch gym. I opted for the room with the onsen pass. I slept like a baby every night.
Breakfast got a bit chaotic with all the people but the food was absolutely delicious. I had the chance to try all sorts of foods that I didn't know what to eat for lunch and dinner.
I will definitely stay here again in the future.

From the moment the door men greeted us upon our arrival to the moment they farewelled us two weeks later, my husband and I had a very memorable and enjoyable stay at the Intercontinental Hotel.
Every morning we were welcomed to Breakfast by a bevy of delightful young ladies as well as Daniel, who escorted us to a table with a view. Once again, the waiters and waitresses all offered their services and could not do enough to make breakfast a delight each day.
