"This was a scam I paid for 2 weeks and I had to stay one night, the next night I have to find a new place for 13 days. I ask Giovanni for my money back he was very disrespectful over the phone. It is located in the worst area of Ravenna near train station is very dangerous homeless prostitution terrible the whole thing was a nightmare. This is my first bad review i am always pretty happy anywhere but this is a scam. A lady that was there the next morning she was insukted by phone by Giovanni. I hope he can change his behavior and make improvements to the house also he has cameras everywhere! But the location still no safe."

Il bagno presenta qualche segno di usura e/o di scarsa attenzione da parte degli affittuari, ma di fatto la stagione non è ancora iniziata quindi immagino che l'host, con la medesima cura che ha dimostrato in ogni dettaglio, provvederà a sistemare anche questo. La domenica (come i festivi) la colazione non è al bar ma in camera ed anche in questo caso l'attenzione per i dettagli è stata lodevole."

"AMAZING friendly staff. Great location. We had room 406. Room very outdated but ok. The bathroom is very large, however to take a shower you have to step in the tub. The space is VERY small and water sprays everywhere. Water hot in the evening and only warm in the morning. Based on AMAZING staff, basic breakfast and great location and cost effective, I would recommend. They also offer parking within walking distance but it took a few times to drive around to find a spot at 1600. I think any later it would take longer. Again, ALL the staff are AWESOME!!"
