Staff was friendly and very helpful in answering questions about where to go eat, etc. The one thing to note that the Expedia listing does not make clear is that there is basically no privacy when taking a shower, which can be bad if you are sharing a room with family or friends. "Well located hotel a short walk from the main train station in Zurich and the old town. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. The bed was very comfortable and the finishes were updated. Pleasant stay. The staff was helpful with recommendations and they had umbrellas and ponchos available. "
