"There was no water or towels in room ⊠I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didnât provide enough resources to staff. "Abbasbhai was very nice ,friendly and cordial. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist needs more training and more customer service with a smile. India is a great country to visit, unfortunately the work ethics hasn't changed since my last visit 20 years ago. Everyone likes to tell others how to do their jobs and the job never gets done, but only passed on to the next person in line."
