Awful

Room was nice, but there was areas on the wall that were dirty and black. Shower head needing cleaning, as half of this had grime on. Bins bags and toilet paper were not replaced until asked, this happened on many occasions. The room was very noisy at night with trains horns easily heard.

No booking!

Arrived at the hotel and reception said they had no bookings. Even that I booked and paid 10 days before. They had no empty rooms, so had to find another hotel. Luckily hotels.com was fast to refund my money. But was glad, hotel looked nothing like the pictures, it looked really run down and dirty.

Great Property to stay

It's a very comfortable hotel, just 5-6 mins walk from the railway station. Very pleasing , customer friendly & forthcoming staff . The room was very neat , tidy , clean and felt very fresh . The bathroom was very clean & fairly equipped . The room service was very prompt & the food quality & quantity was excellent . The price for the room is a surprise at which it is offered. This property is highly recommended . Regards Chakravarty Dada
