The hotel itself is very clean , modern and nice . The only issue is they do not have hot water in the shower . We complained to the reception several times during our stay for this reason .
Also we wanted to check in a day later then we had originally booked but the hotel refused to credit us for this night we didn’t stay .

The place really exceeded our expectations. Very responsive staff and helpful as well. The Suite room were spacious and well maintained. I would highly recommend booking the hotel for your next stay. Accessible to the markets for shopping purposes, me and my family visited Surat for wedding shopping.

Everything was perfect but I forgot my passport at home and they do need it so there was some disappointment but they settle with passport picture. Also they should reduce volume of elevator announcement.
