"Pros: Die Finca liegt ruhig und abgelegen,dennoch ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Strand und findet Restaurants.Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht.Der Hausbesitzer ist nett und der Kontakt unkompliziert. Cons: Kein deutsche TV.Eine Spülmaschine und Markise oder Sonnenschirm über dem Tisch draußen, wäre bei der Sonne angebracht."

"Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. Car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants nearby but does offer on site parking for 2 cars. We had a wonderful...

"The accommodation was a typical Spanish villa 10mins from the sea and bars/cafe's. The advert says second bathroom, there is but it is in a block outside. Kitchen had all the utensils you need. Although, could do with some mugs or larger cups and possibly a new coffee maker as this was not a gurgle, gurgle, gurgle more a gurgle ...... gurgle.Generally the place was clean apart from an odour from the inside bathroom in the hot weather, but this soon disappeared by leaving the inside window...

"Just returned from lovely stay. Villa is well equipped and in a perfect location for access to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shop. Quiet and relaxing break. Rooms are a good size and air con/fans in bedrooms keep rooms cool at night. Wifi is also good. Communication with owner was great and he was extremely accommodating with our awkward flight times. Overall a great place for a relaxing holiday."

Only missing in info from website/owners is that the air conditioner is only on 21 o’clock to 6 in the morning and you need to pay extra. And only one fan in the house. "We had a nice stay! The apartment is cute, very close to the beach, some restaurants and also a grocery store. The bathroom was clean and with a lot of space and the shower was large too. One thing that could be improved is the kitchen cleaning, also because we found some used sponges (by the previous guests) and an open packet of chips and the room smelled ‘’closed’’. Anyway we would choose this apartment again! Nice neighborhood, nice town and great home."

"Pros: Dieses Haus hat uns wirklich verzaubert. Es ist unglaublich individuell und besonders. Wenn man auf sehr gut ausgestattete, praktische Ferienhäuser steht, ist dieses Haus allerdings nicht das richtige. Ich finde, man muss schon ein bisschen Hippie im Herzen sein. Miquel, der Vermieter war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns mit wirklich tollen Ausflugstipps versorgt. Sa Pobla ist ein typisch Mallorqinischer Ort mit wenig Tourismus. Cons: Es gibt nur eine Schere für Linkshänder"
