"Pros: Die Ausstattung des Hauses im Innenbereich war sehr gut. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, auch mit allem notwendigen Utensilien. Cons: Der Pool war weniger einladend, und die Sitzmöbel auf der Veranda sollten ausgetauscht werden. "The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"Hubert was above and beyond as a host. He helped to arrange a taxi to bring us to the unit and then met us there. He personally gave a tour of the flat and gave recommendations on food and activities based on what we wanted to experience on this vacation. The flat was perfect, clean, and located within steps to the beach and restaurants. The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. I would stay here again and again!"

"Pros: Great location, awesome staff, clean, good kitchen. Cons: Not sure why, but my room was constantly packed with males (as only female). My friend was in another room, she said same thing for her. Why?! I don’t know. Another minus. Evenings & weekends get very loud. Couldn’t sleep with earplugs. Bar (Fina) plays loud music every day that echoes, making it really hard to fall asleep."

Staff are friendly and accommodating and our room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!"

"We had a fabulous stay at HM Palma Blanc Hotel & would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a base in Palma. We stayed for our wedding anniversary & had just one night but an early flight out then a late flight home the following day. When we arrived, we were able to use all of the facilities immediately even though our room wasn’t quite ready (which we weren’t expecting it to be so this wasn’t a problem). We left our luggage with the concierge & changed in the spa (which looked fab, but we didn’t use it this trip). The rooftop pool was amazing & the loungers & daybeds were really comfy. Drinks at the bar up there were reasonably priced too. We spent time exploring the city & this hotel is in a great location - it’s only 15 minutes or so to the Cathedral & close to the popular tourist sites. All of the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful, the room was lovely & I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma."
