The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room itself is pretty basic. The cleaning wasn’t really on point but for short stays, we didn’t feel like complaining too much. There are some pastries in the morning in the lobby which were nice. The location is very practical and well connected. As for the pool, one thing to be known is that while it’s open 24/7, it’s not heated so it can be quite cold in the evening. Overall, a fair place for short stays in Mallorca!

First the positive, the hotel is well located, next to the marina and 30 minutes from the main shopping streets. Rooftop pool and terrace is top notch h. Now the negative part: noisy, not only some guests but the night club right across the street made our first night a living hell until 4:30 am. Also, room cleaning every other day so now you know.

Excellent staff made me feel safe and comfortable. Rooms are good sized and wonderful XL balcony. Location can’t be beat. Walkable to Old town and beautiful strolls along the promenade. Groceries walkable as well as many little shops. Pool area nice. Only suggestion would be to make rooms more sound proof from hall.

Very nice budget friendly hotel in Palma. Nice decor and amenities. Rooftop pool during a heat wave was very appreciated. Onsite parking was a plus considering the busy area. Nicely situated for the Hop on Hop off bus which is only a few blocks away. Many restaurants nearby. Room was a decent size. Kids sleeping on the sofa bed found it uncomfortable with the bars being felt through the mattress. Regular beds were comfortable. Had a tiny table with only two chairs which was not convenient for 4 people. Street noise was an issue for light sleepers, but with earplugs was fine.

Room was large (double bed with kitchen and balcony) and clean. The toilet was kind-of broken, but it still worked and despite some minor fixing needed around the shower, was a good size bathroom. The shower temperature would go from hot to warm to tepid to boiling back to hot. Not a problem as an adult (a little annoying), but if you are bathing children it could be dangerous with how hot the water would get randomly. The A/C worked great and you have control over it in your room with a wall thermostat. The balcony and large window you could open was great. Having a kitchen with microwave and fridge and dishes was great. I didn’t use the cooktop, but there was a pot supplied in the cupboard. There is no smoke detector in the room which is dangerous. There is an elevator in the building, but you have to take 2 steps (more for building on left) to get to it. The entrance was a little confusing to get to, as there is a sign over the courtyard you walk into and then no more signs. The reception desk is in the building on the right (unmarked glass door), but there are 2 buildings. Pool was on roof of building to the left, it was small and only a ladder to get in and out. There are lots of restaurants at the bottom of the building and a supermarket just down the street and a taxi rank at the corner street. The biggest issue is the noise; you can hear everything outside your door and music from restaurants is extremely LOUD at all hours. Bring ear plugs to sleep. I would stay again

We were greeted by Ruth at the front desk and she was so welcoming, she answered all of our questions and made some great suggestions for place to eat. The room was very nice and spacious, was nice to have a table and chairs to sit at. We went up to the roof top pool and bar and enjoyed some refreshing cocktails after our busy day. Would definitely go back!

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were super kind and always at your service with any questions! They allowed me to continue enjoying the pool after check out which was super helpful considering i had a late flight with time to kill. As a solo woman, i felt pretty safe but it is located on a busy street and nights can be noisy!

We only stayed for one night before an early flight home, but this was the perfect hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and it was obvious they’d been recently refurbished. Some of our party checked out the pool and said it was great. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. My only negatives, and they’re not the end of the world - during checkin it seemed excessive to want passports and details of all guests - other properties usually just want it for the lead guest. Whilst the location is good it was quite loud during the night due to the neighbouring bars.

In the recent refurbishment they have missed a few bits out. Some suggestions: hooks on doors, a table in the bathroom or flat surface. Ventilation; our neighbours kept cooking fish, which made our apartment stink, had to sleep with windows open on a really busy party street. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. Average overall. Pool was nice, staff were lovely. Refreshments weren’t topped up and no cleaner came.

Ideal city stay with rooftop pool and bar

We stayed for three days at Gomila Palma Apartments and were very satisfied with our experience. The check-in process was smooth, and we received helpful information right away. The location is central, with a bus stop nearby and plenty of restaurants, bars, and 24-hour supermarkets within walking distance. Despite being in the city center, our room was perfectly quiet. It was clean, nicely furnished, and included a small kitchen with a fridge. We also enjoyed the balcony with a table and two chairs, which had sun in the mornings — perfect for breakfast outside. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, with plenty of available sunbeds, and the rooftop bar (open from 11 to 20) was a nice spot to relax with a drink. The blackout curtains were excellent, keeping both sunlight and heat out when needed. Overall, a great stay that we would happily recommend. We will come back here next time too.

Great hotel, worth every penny

Literally no idea how our stay correlates with some of the other reviews! Yes we heard music, but it was a dull noise and certainly not overheard once the tv was on and ended relatively early. Rooftop is AMAZING, great prices on food and drink and a great pool to cool off, only downside was the toilet door wouldn’t lock. Staff were very attentive and no request was too much, nice coffee from the reception coffee machine and the vending machines were a nice touch (albeit did not accept our cards) Local area is not a thriving hustle bustle hub, but more of a quiet street offering food / drink with busier amenities within a 15 minute walk. City accessible in 30 minutes by foot or quicker from the bus stop 2 mins from the hotel. Ideal stay for a city on your doorstep but some quiet daytime vibes, the castle is an added bonus, just take water if it’s a hot day.
