"When choosing this room based off reviews, foe a family trip (2 adults and 2 children) I realized people were very generous with their reviews!!! The grounds are beautiful, and there is a nice pergola with some tables and chairs that make for eating outside enjoyable. The pool is small and is "heated" There was garbage under one of our beds upon arrival, and we were told at checkin that they do NOT have daily housekeeping, so if you need more towels to call the front desk. I called the front desk on day 2 and asked for more towels. I was told there was only 1 person working and I needed to go get them myself. The TV channel selection is beyond less than par (all news channels minus 5 stations to include the weather channel) Breakfast was decent but is only till 0830 during weekdays. We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 4th floor. Minimal noise inside, but there is a gas station with a SUPER LOUD car wash running 24/7 in the adjacent parking lot. Not a fan favorite, and will not stay again due to the inconveniences. "

"The B'fast menu was fine. There were fresh fruits on one day but not the other day. There are not many vegetarian options for warm food. Also, the coffee was not all that warm or great/bold. The hot water (I wanted to use for making hot tea) from the pot had a coffee smell as well. "

"Very noisy with no handicap accommodations. The staff was very rude and unwilling to help us. Room key was constantly not working and it was very hot and humid. The front desk associate was very judgmental and was constant giving guests dirty looks. I would never stay here again!"

"The room was pretty nice: The Good. First this property is above all else an EXCELLENT value when compared to similar properties in the area. The Staff were courteous (shout out to Jeremy and Mike) We had a suite. It’s nice to have a separate living room space with additional TV/desk/ small fridge complete with freezer. Ice and Cold filtered water right down the hall. The Towels and Washcloths were pretty nice. I would say our mattress could be upgraded. The breakfast is GREAT. Parking is more reasonable than many of the local competition."
