San Clu Hotel

"Lovely room. Excellent value for money for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and well maintained. We don’t use the bar and restaurant but it looked really nice. Would definitely book again and stay longer next time. Thank you San Clu!"
The House at Ramsgate

"Excellent location. We were fortunate that we were able to park opposite otherwise that would have been an issue feeding meters etc. Room was an average size with a lovely sea view. Bed was a king and very comfortable. Breakfast experience was disappointing. We were charged for literally everything separately. Teas and coffee, toast and jam (marmalade not available!) were all charged as extras. Also, a service charge was added on top of this. Having said that the breakfast room was a beautiful space and the young waitress was very lovely. We raised this complaint with Fi the receptionist and she took it very much on board and as a recompense waived a small drinks bill that was outstanding! I have to say that Fi was superb at her job. Very personable, helpful and enthusiastic in all her dealings with us. Would definitely stay again but next visit we will push the boat with a room that has a balcony!"

Beach Front Apartment with Secure Parking

"Die Wohnung war sauber bei der Ankunft. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es war von allem genug vorhanden (z.B. Besteck/Teller usw.) inkl. Spülmaschine.Der Wohn/Küchenbereich war sehr groß.Es war ein großer Balkon vorhanden mit seitlichen Blick auf das Meer, dort gab es einen Tisch mit Stühlen und 2 Liegen. Die 2 Schlafzimmer waren von der Größe her ausreichend mit genug Schränken. Das es Bad und WC zweimal gibt war echt super.Die Beschreibung und die Bilder der Wohnung haben genau zugetroffen.Der Strand war vor der Tür, die Innenstadt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.Das Auto parkt sicher unter dem Haus. Auch im Haus haben wir uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben.Check-In und Check-Out sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren angenehm und reibungslos. Wir waren eine Familie mit 2 Kindern.Im Vergleich zu Frankreich/Spanien oder Italien war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis etwas teurer. Das gilt aber für alles in Großbritannien.Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen und würden sie nochmal nehmen."

"Hotel undergoing some building work!was opening bar/dining area down below!which looks gd!room could do with dust remove d from top of wardrobe!Great shower!there again nothing in soap dispenser!just needed a little more attention to detail!overall I would stay again!though windows in my room i didn't like? Claustrophobic!location excellent!Great walking also"

"Nice little retro hotel with great access to local amenities (beach, cafes and friendly local pubs in easy walking distance), good free wi-fi, comfy clean double bed and helpful staff. Special mention has to go to Gary (manager) who is a credit to the Spencer court hotel, happy and jovial, he went above and beyond to accommodate us for our brief stay. I stupidly forgot my USB pen drive and Gary personally sent it back to me Royal Mail next day recorded delivery, courtesy of the hotel (a pricey postage). Very much appreciated, and at the end of the day we have grown a pretty friendly rapport. 5 stars to Gary and his staff. If we're in Ramsgate again, we have no qualms in booking again with them. Craig and Samantha."
Seafront Regency Townhouse - Uniterrupted Balcony Sea Views

"Fantastic property set over 5 floors. Enter at street level, front room no access to. Back room is the parlor (round table and chairs, great place to put coat and shoes and essentials for day trips) and there is a utility room. Down a level to basement kitchen. Large kitchen with large dining table, small lounge and WC. Back up to the main door and parlor, up a level to the lounge with balcony. Stunning views of the sea. Large balcony. Amazing views, just stay and look for hours, on the same level there is bedroom with 2 single beds. Up to the next level, huge bedroom with large bed and amazing sea views. Large bathroom with a huge bath, massive shower and toilet. Up the next level to the top of house with a double bedroom and landing area with shower and WC. The landing area is big enough to sleep on and has stunning sea views. Mattress under bed can be pulled out into this area. It is not private as those accessing the WC or bedroom will walk past but still a lovely space and nice to have the option to put a child in there. Highly recommend this property. Parking out front is payable via the ringo app. It’s free from 6pm to 9am. Despite being there in school holidays we managed to park. As a back up we also paid via Your Parking Space for 4 days worth of parking at Iceland, 5-10 min walk. That cost 16 in total and gave us peace of mind of knowing we definitely had somewhere if needed. Lots of stairs but if you get organised they are not too bad."

"Was staying there with my family (wife and two kids) for a few days. The view and the location are top notch. The apartment is tasteful and spacious. Air condition was very helpful. Not a single thing to complain about. Would definitely come back."
