Location was very good.
Service was very good especially Aziz and the guy who works the day shift.
Breakfast was so so.
Be prepared to be offered excursions.
Overall would return Istanbul is a very nice place to visit.

I had a lovely stay here. The location is terrific! You can walk to all the sites in Old Town. The room was nice and I had a nice little balcony. One of the best parts was the AMAZING rooftop terrace. The view is just stunning!

Ferhat and Can are amazing. They arranged transportation to and from the airport with no problem and suggested places for us to go, answered all my questions. Sema, waitress, was always pleasant and friendly really sweet. I have no complaints. Also, restaurant directly across the street is really good.
