"Fantastic hotel, great multilingual staff and lots of safe parking "

"We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. "Hotel alles wie im Internet beschrieben. Bei der Ankunft wusste niemand von unserer Reservierung obwohl wir 2 schriftliche Bestätigungen hatten. Nach ca 20 min kam die Chefin, die zuerst auch etwas ratlos wirkte…..wir bekamen dann unser Zimmer wie gebucht. Es war sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Wir konnten unser Abendessen auf der Terrasse einnehmen mit einem tollen Blick über das ganze Tal. Ein sehr kurzweiliger Service hat uns die anfänglichen Probleme schnell vergessen lassen. "The price of the room booked online is 10% higher than the labelled price in the hotel reception; hotel is reasonable ok for a farm hotel, but charging 22euro/pp breakfast is over pricing; internet doesn’t work in this place already for a few days, they haven’t noticed us ahead they can’t take credit card , but only tell us while we are checking out, we have to spent another hour to find a ATM and pay them in cash"

"Great overnight stop just before the Swiss border, this was our third time here. Basic rooms but clean with very comfy beds. Good parking on site, easy to get to once you know where it is, handy right next to a big Autan supermarket and filling station. Wonderful self service breakfast, All fresh with lots of choice, will stay again on our way home. Great value."
