Tres discret les hôtelier!!

Nous n'avons vu personne de l'établissement durant notre séjour certe très court: un numero de tel portable sur la porte d'entrée qu'il faut appeler 3 fois pour que ça décroche...et encore parce que j'ai aussi envoyé un message pour dire qui j'étais..on nous a donné le code par tel pour ouvrir et pris notre clé au tableau... Si on voulait un petit dej, il fallait les prévenir par SMS...et le lendemain matin au moment du départ, toujours personne à l'accueil...bref Hotel fantôme!

Nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel par ce que le rapport qualité prix semblait être bon. En effet l’hôtel affiche trois étoiles (ministère du tourisme) En réalité il n est est rien Bonne note à notre arrivée l’accueil est très sympathique Notre nuire commence par la vision d’une chambre vétuste mais bon passe encore. Nous prenons notre douche il faut 5 minutes à l’eau pour passer de froide à tiède ... et, en guise de gel pour le corps : savon liquide pour les mains oui oui oui oui oui oui : pour ceux qui n’on jamais essayé ça démange après la douche !! Dans la chambre il y a un réfrigérateur ... les hôteliers n ont pas pris la peine de le brancher ! Arrive le lit ... inconfortable au possible à la fois mou (=vieux) et très dur. Notre venu (je le précise) était un jour de canicule la chambre est très mal isolée thermiquement et avons eu un petit ventilateur : aussi bruyant qu une machine à laver pour une efficacité proche du zéro À 4:00 du matin après deux pénibles heures de sommeil je me suis resigner à aller dormir dans ma voiture Je donne 1* à l’hôtel et 3* à la plage arrière de mon auto PS : les étoiles du ministère du tourisme date de 2012 et sont desservies pour 5 ans (donc jusqu a 2017...)... cf la pancarte de l’hôtel ... sont elles toujours d’actualité ? J’en doute sincèrement ! Pour ces prestations une sensible baisse du prix est à prévoir.

Contrairement au critère de recherche sur le site Expedia, la chambre n’était pas climatisée et la température y dépassait les 35°C. De plus, le restaurant était fermé pour congés annuels sans que cela ne soit annoncé.

The service personel are friendly and even though they do not speak english and just a little german we managed. The rooms where fine but the bed was hard with a dip in it. The hotel promises WIFI and even though the signal was there it did not work at all. There is not much activities around but there looked like it had a playground walking distance from the hotel. The food in the evening we had (not much as we hadn't reserved anything) was good.

Gastronomie mittelmässig

Die Hotelzimmer waren für 3* gut und sauber. Wir haben auf Anraten der Bewertungen am Abend das Nachtessen auch im Hotel eingenommen. Leider war dies eine Fehlentscheidung: Wein war sogar aus dem Elsass "Gewürztraminer* nicht mehr an Lager. Fast jedes 2. Weinangebot auf der Karte war gestrichen. Es war Spargelsaison nicht aber in unserem Hotel? Wir waren riesen enttäuscht. Die Weine, wie auch der Calvados waren sehr schlecht. Das Essen mittelmässig. Schade! Wir werden in Zukunft das Essen irgend anders wo einnehmen. Das Hotel zum Übernachten werden wir auch in Zukunft wieder berücksichtigen.

Reposant mais inégalité des chambres

C'est la seconde fois que je me rendais dans cet établissement ! Très sympa et calme et donc reposant (si la chambre ne donne pas directement sur le rue principale. La première fois j'avais eu une grande chambre avec accès à une terrasse, dommage que pour le même prix les différentes chambres n'est pas le même confort car la seconde fois pas d'accès à une terrasse...

Bon rapport qualité prix bien que le prix de petit déjeuner soit à mon gout un peu élevé. Chambre avec confort minimum mais très propre. La carte est sympa mais un peu limitée pour un long séjour. Hôtel très bien pour quelques jours surtout qu'il y a plein de chose à voir et à faire aux alentours, d’ailleurs, le présentoir des sites a visiter et activités à faire est bien rempli.

Hotel rès bon, sans superflu

Hotel, très propre. Accueil très sympatique, (courtaois, aimable, avec le sourire). Le seul HIC était peut être les savons dans la salle de bains sont en distributeur (comme pour les toilettes publique).

Gammeldags Alsace hotel

Værelserne er flot istandsat - især 109-111 - mens krolokalerne er uændret i mange år. Issenheim er en smuk og overset by i området da byen ligger lidt afsides.
