š Welcome to Your Cottage on Canal Road. You're situated right next to the TrentāSevern Waterway, with canal frontage and views of historic Locks 37 (Bolsover) and 38 (Talbot)āa quieter, scenic area aside from Lagoon City.
Due to seasonal changes, the water level may be lowered in late fall or winter because of drought conditions or canal management requirements. During this period, direct water access from the backyard dock may not be possible. Please donāt worry ā if this happens, I will let guests know nearby year-round water access points within walking distanceš¹.
