"We stayed in the delux family dome. Just to note that the full bed is in the lofted area, and is a tight space that it was hard to fit two teenagers as there is no extra space for their feet to hang off etc. There is plenty of other space in the dome for a blow up or additional folding mattress. The company does not provide them, so bring one along if you think your kids won't fit together in the full bed. Also, double check that you have all the supplies you need before the office hours close, as the property is not staffed. I noticed that we did not have enough coffee for the morning, and they did deliver some, but early in the morning I realized we did not actually have any coffee cups and I did not want to bother anybody to deliver some so early so we drank it out of regular water cups. I do wish they could trim some of the hedge to see the river better, but maybe they can't due to city regulations. A bit noisy being right next to the main busy road also. Otherwise, a fun idea in concept for a night or two, and would recommend to others given these above recommendations. Very clean, nice staff, fun city, and a good value for the price. Thank you!"

"We rented the Deluxe rooms. I understand they just completed ski season and expanding but smashed bugs on the ceiling in the bathroom, loose faucets I shower were not as deluxe as I would want. Stay in Lodge or Expansion. The pools were however well taken care of and very clean. Summer was expensive and not up to the price as far as service. Atmosphere was more like an open breakfast buffet and not real private. Maybe add ambiancece and a fireplace. The staff are also patrons which was a little wierd sinc e most of them in the pools as well. Sulfur smell is hard to get out of clothes etc. Pagosa springs is also in a major street rehab and many businesses are closing. Meh"

"Was a nice stay, hot tub was awesome! House felt a little run down, some peeling ceiling, and doors are hard to close. Mildew on shower liner and food bits left on the counter. Otherwise clean. Would have loved some more kitchen towels as only one was provided. Beautiful area, hikes close by (by car), great location for wolf creek— cant beat it for the price! "

"The home was well laid out and comfortable. Easy access to Wolf Creek! We were disappointed with the kitchen accessories (pots & pans had loose handles and were stained, plastic glasses, no garlic press), the handle on the stove is loose, refrigerator freezer door is duct taped, a kitchen light was not working and the dryer is noisy and doesn’t dry properly. We also asked to have the wood for the wood stove replenished and were told it wasn’t available. Missy who was servicing the hot tub was super helpful and went into town and bought 2 wine glasses for us to use, but the property manager made no effort to address any of the other items noted.Take all spices and oils needed for your stay. There were coffee filters and salt and pepper shakers there already. The starter pack had dish soap, 1 dishwashing soap, 1 laundry soap and a scrub sponge. The toilet paper and paper towels were also sufficient for 2 people for the 9 days we stayed. The hot tub was clean and the gas grill is in working condition."
